Our quality paté range produced in Belgium is
available in various sizes and flavours. Individual
packs and hand decorated deli counter terrines are produced
in many flavour profiles and textures.
Premium quality combinations that reflect current food
trends are available as standard. We also offer bespoke
flavours developed to meet your requirements.
Brussels Paté
A smooth creamy, mildly spiced pork liver paté.
A good base to develop with vegetables, wines and
spices to create unique premium quality and Christmas
specialities.
Ardennes Paté
A medium or coarsely chopped, mild spiced pork liver
paté. New flavour sensations can be created with
fruit, wines and liqueurs. A premium paté all
year round, or that extra special recipe for Christmas. |

Duck
Paté
A very smooth, creamy liver paté with a distinctive
flavour combination of duck meat and pieces of orange,
producing that tangy twist.
Wild Boar Honey and Raisin Paté
A coarse textured blend of liver paté and wild
boar sweetened with honey and whole raisins.
Specials - seasonal and Christmas
Bespoke patés to reflect changing food fashions
have been created to satisfy diners at Christmas and Easter.
Premium flavours can be created with exciting combinations
of fruit, vegetables, wines and liqueurs. These are available
in many sizes from individual portion control packs, up
