Cooked Silverside to speciality coated and flavoured
Beef such as American Style Pastrami. We also supply
Aberdeen Angus and 21 day matured Beef in both sliced
and Wafer Thin formats for the ultra premium sector.

Deli
As the UK’s largest deli Beef producer we take great
pride in manufacturing the highest quality products available.
We supply a wide range of lines from Roasted and Peppered
Silversides, through to Medium Rare, Flavoured and Aberdeen
Angus Topsides.
We also supply speciality Beef lines that include Beef
Wellington, Beef En Croute, Pastrami and Salt Beef. Deli
Beef can be supplied in whole or half joints as well as
pre-sliced formats. |
