Pre-pack
We provide a varied range of ham products for the pre-pack
market, from standard wafer thin and stack packs through
to ultra premium whole muscle and natural leg products.
Our extensive ham processing expertise covers all areas
of ham production including Wilshire cures (breaded
and honey roast), dry curing, smoking (beechwood, applewood,
oak) and coatings (peppered and honey and mustard).
For seasonal products our innovation and NPD teams have
developed joints and platters to suit specific customer
requirements. These include ultra premium breaded bone-in
joints, fruit topped joints and Wiltshire style hams.

Deli
We produce hams for the deli counter ranging
from cured pork shoulder to premium hand carved Wiltshire
style hams. Our flexibility in production enables
us to produce diverse flavours for particular occasions
such as Christmas stilton baked ham and spiced hams.
Deli hams can be supplied in whole or half joints
as well as pre-sliced formats. |
