Overview
The Fresh Pork activity is one of the largest pork
processors in the United Kingdom, dealing with major
multiple customers, the Foodservice sector and further
processors.
International trading has been a major growth area
for Cranswick over recent years with export markets
now well established throughout Europe and the Far
East.
Retail Packing of fresh meat for supermarkets incorporate
the latest technology to maximize shelf life. The
product portfolio includes controlled atmosphere top
sealed packaging, thermoformed and vacuum packed.

Fresh
Pork can also be accurately portion controlled to a fixed
weight using our state of the art intelligent meat slicers.
We also offer an extensive range of marinated BBQ products
for summer eating as well as having the capability to
produce coated and enrobed products. Value added ranges
are available under our Lazenby's brand as well as supermarket
