Tendalean
In 2003 we started a project
to bring back a high quality traditional breed into
UK market production. The aim was to improve the standard
of British Pork and raise the benchmark to a higher
level for the British consumer.
We started with trials of many of the long forgotten
breeds and after extensive research settled on a traditional
breed. Following that a 2-year breeding program commenced
to provide the UK market with the volume it would require. |

The
combination of breeding, farming methods and extended
maturation of the meat have delivered a product that
exceeds anything else. The eating quality of our Tendalean
Pork provides a tender and succulent white meat that
consistently delivers against its competition. |
